With a rich legacy of industrial experience of over 13 years across international and domestic hotel companies and standalone properties, Vinay is a tailored fit for this role at the hallmark city hotel.
Vinay is a dynamic leader who is able to humbly manage a vast array of responsibilities including implementing lean guidelines, adopting sustainable practices, driving the revenues to name a few. In his previous roles as Director of Sales & Director of Sales & Marketing, Vinay has grown from strength to strength and honed his expertise in Market Segmentation, Targeting and Revenue maximization. His skills as a leader stem from his initiatives in Team Building activities and finesse in management. At the Westin Mumbai, Director of Sales and Director of Sales & Marketing, Vinay’s team had a record 0% attrition for almost 2 years and he’s been recognized for spearheading the development of internal talent. A team player at heart, Vinay provides strong support to the Revenue functionaries as well.
Vinay holds a Master’s Degree in Management Studies, Business Administration and General Management, and this sound base, supported by his vast experience, builds his arsenal of skills and backs his sound business acumen.
