menu is especially curated to bring you the best of coast, as your palate
travels from Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Mangalore, Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal, Orissa and
Maharashtra to the alluring islands
of Andaman and Nicobar. These ten
days of pure coastal joy offers a perfect blend of spices, aromas and the
succulent taste of Coastal food that will be an absolute treat to the senses.
The guest will find the glorious Andhra Papad Paneer, Lemony
Corn Kabab, Mangalorean Nariyal Kofto
Kabab, Goan Subz Shaslik and Malabar Subz Biryani among other
exquisite delicacies. The non-vegetarian can enjoy the likes Goan Chicken Xacuti, Tamil Nadu Chicken Chukka Kabab, Kerala Mutton Pepper Fry, Oriya Pudina Jheenga, Kannad Fish Tikka, Bombay Murg Biryani and so much more.
