Starwood Hotels & Resorts’ Le Meridien brand opened its 100th hotel in Coimbatore, India. Le Meridien Coimbatore also marks the first international five star hotel in city which is owned by Appu Hotel Ltd.
Easy accessible from Coimbatore Airport and strategically located in town has 254 rooms and suites including Presidential and Tamil Nadu suites. All rooms are elegantly designed to cater the need of discerning leisure and business travelers.
The hotel also features a wide range of cuisine and bar options, including Latest Recipe, Le Meridien brand’s signature all-day dining option, with an interactive, open kitchen design serving a selection of international cuisine; Peacock serving Indian and regional cuisines; the Pan Asian restaurant Ponzu, an open kitchen serving authentic Mongolian, Chinese, Thai and Japanese dishes; and Le Meridien’ signature Italian restaurant Favola.
