3st Edition of Nashik Travel Mart
with the theme ‘Nature-Culture-Adventure’
will be held at Nashik from 7 to 9 September, 2017. The event will be
inaugurated by the chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. The Primary objective of
this mart is to market and promote Nashik as a destination throughout the year.
Participation of around 600 travel agents from India and abroad is expected at
event. 50-60 media representatives and travel blogger will be present. The
concept is a B2B platform which will bring tourism stakeholders on a platform
where they would interact to explore opportunities of mutual trade.

Complete Tourism Product. Nashik is already a famous Pilgrim place hosting
Simhasta Kumbh Mela every 12 year. Nashik is also blessed with a pleasant
weather beneficial to tourism and wine industry. Nashik is proud to be wine
capital of India. The event is being supported by Nashik Hotel Owner’s Association and Travel Agent Association of
Nashik, Maharashtra Tourism.

infrastructure for all interest and ages in front of Tourism Professionals
throughout the Nation with the intention of boosting inbound tourism movement.”

Joint Managing Director, MTDC, said, “The First Travel Mart was held in 2015,
when we had 400 agents attending the events. This year we are having 600 and
next year, we will definitely have 1000 more. We want to develop tourism in the
state and help out whatever it takes with our decision.”
