IATO's Maharashtra Chapter Explores Opportunities at Annual General Meeting
Amidst a gathering of esteemed members and industry leaders, the Maharashtra Chapter of the Indian Association of Tour Operators (IATO) convened for their annual general meeting on April 24, 2024. Hosted under the able guidance of Mr. Jitendra Kejriwal, Chairman of IATO Maharashtra, Dadra Nagar Haveli, and Daman Chapter, the event welcomed distinguished guests, including Mr. NS Rathor, Chairman Western India, IATO and Mr. Sagnik Chowdhury, Regional Director of IndiaTourism, Western Region, Mumbai.
The focal point of this gathering was multifaceted. Not only did it serve as a platform to announce the forthcoming 39th IATO Annual Convention slated for August 30th to September 2nd, 2024, in Bhopal, but it also provided a forum to address the challenges confronting travel agents within the chapter.
In a testament to the collaborative spirit of the industry, Mr. Sagnik Chowdhury, in his capacity as the newly appointed Regional Director, extended assurances of close collaboration with the association to navigate and resolve the challenges within the realm of his responsibilities.
