Festive Vibes at Gujarat
Gujarat a state of Vibrant Festivals invites you to experience yet another enthralling month long celebration at Rann of Kutch- the land of silver sand for Rann Utsav. Gujarat started this festival as a 3 day festival and now after gain momentous it is a month long celebration in Kutch this year it is from 9 December 2011 to 9 January 2012. The inaugural three day carnival is organized at various locales within Kutch.
Kutch region in abounds with splendid beaches, fascinating wildlife and beautiful palaces and monuments. The district is a celebratory land of art, craft, music, dance, people and nature. In winter during full moon night, amid the awe-inspiring and contrasting landscape.

International Kite Festival
10 to 15 January, 2012
This festival coincides with the festival Uttarayan which is celebrated with a lot of enthusiasm. People of all ages gather on terraces or the roof and engage in kite flying. The vast panorama of the sky dotted with thousands of kites is a wonderful sight to see.
Gujarat Tourism organizes International Kite Festival every year and attracts international kite flyers and Local Champions as well. International visitors have come from countless countries including Japan, Italy, UK, Canada, Brazil, Indonesia, Australia, USA, Malaysia, Singapore, France, China and many more.
