St. Petersburg Shines at BLTM 2025 in New Delhi, Showcasing Its Charm and MICE Potential

Saint Petersburg, Russia’s cultural and business capital, made a remarkable presence at the BLTM (Business + Leisure Travel and MICE) International Travel Fair, held in New Delhi from September 11–13, 2025.
Visitors at the fair experienced the city’s unique blend of history, culture, and modernity—ranging from the romance of white nights and iconic drawbridges to world-famous attractions like the Hermitage, Peterhof, and Tsarskoye Selo. With its UNESCO-recognized historic centre, diverse gastronomy, and dynamic public spaces, St. Petersburg reaffirmed its reputation as one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
The city also highlighted its robust MICE infrastructure, presenting itself as an ideal hub for international conferences and events. Showcasing successful global forums such as SPIEF and the International Cultural Forum, St. Petersburg demonstrated why it continues to attract thousands of participants from across the globe.
Indian travelers—already among the top five source markets for St. Petersburg—were introduced to new travel experiences including industrial tourism, wellness programs, wedding destinations, and unique itineraries like the “Two Cities, One Million Impressions” project combining Moscow and St. Petersburg.
The participation at BLTM 2025 further strengthened cultural and tourism ties between India and Russia, inspiring Indian travelers to discover the city on the Neva—whether for leisure, business, or both.
