The brand proudly welcomes Mr. Punit G as its Chief Operating Officer (COO), and elevates Mr. Faiz Ansari and Mr. Pravesh Bhosale to the positions of Regional General Managers (RGMs).

Mr. Punit G – Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Mr. Punit G joins The Byke Hospitality with a robust blend of operational depth, entrepreneurial insight, and strategic vision. An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad (Batch 2011–2013), Punit’s journey from a trained veterinarian to a global business leader is truly inspiring. With leadership experience across markets including the USA, Japan, and Europe, he brings valuable global perspective to the role.

His previous tenures include impactful leadership at OYO as Vice President and CEO of ArthNirmiti (a Sunil Patodia Welfare Foundation initiative), where he spearheaded high-growth initiatives, transformation projects, and social impact ventures. A 3-time TEDx speaker, adventurer, and pet lover, Punit blends sharp business acumen with human-centered leadership.

At The Byke, he aims to foster a culture of agility, youthfulness, and ownership to guide the brand’s next growth leap.

Mr. Faiz Ansari – Regional General Manager (RGM)

With 18 years of experience in hospitality, Mr. Faiz Ansari’s journey from receptionist to senior leadership is a testament to perseverance and operational mastery. Known for his calm leadership and guest-centric approach, Faiz has been a key contributor to The Byke’s success over the years.

In his new role as RGM, Faiz will oversee the P&L and operational performance of:

With The Byke since 2015, Mr. Pravesh Bhosale has consistently demonstrated strong operational leadership and team engagement. His hospitality roots with The Taj, Fariyas Hotel, and Hotel United 21 bring a rich pedigree to his role.

Now elevated to RGM, Pravesh will manage the P&L and strategic direction of:
