ASEGO’s ‘Built & Beyond’ Sparks Meaningful Dialogue Among Next-Generation Travel Leaders

Recognising this shift, ASEGO successfully hosted the inaugural edition of Built & Beyond, a first-of-its-kind conversation series designed to bring together the next generation of travel entrepreneurs who are shaping the future of some of India's most respected travel brands and family-led businesses.
Hosted at ASEGO Headquarters in Mumbai, the event brought together leading travel trade media, industry stakeholders, and travel professionals for an evening of insightful discussions centred around entrepreneurship, technology adoption, changing traveller behaviour, and the future of legacy travel businesses.
The first episode of Built & Beyond, hosted by Dev Karvat, Founder & CEO of ASEGO, who moderated an engaging and candid conversation with five emerging leaders representing some of the industry's most established travel brands - Neil Patil – Veena World, Adil Karim – FlyCreative Group, Suprabh Oza – My Travel Bazaar, Kulin Shah – Kulin Kumar Holidays, Anosh Kanga – Ahura Travels & Ahura Explorience.
They addressed some of the most pressing challenges facing the travel ecosystem today. Discussions explored how businesses can adapt to the growing influence of AI and digital marketing tools, respond effectively to disruptions caused by natural calamities and geopolitical tensions, and successfully manage the transition of leadership from one generation to the next. Participants also shared perspectives on maintaining traditional business values while adapting to modern-day demands across sectors including luxury travel, air ticketing, consortium operations, leisure travel, and MICE.

The podcast series aims to feature 100 next-generation leaders from across India's travel and tourism sector, capturing their journeys, business philosophies, leadership styles, and vision for the future. The initiative will also travel to various cities across the country, creating opportunities for regional voices and emerging travel entrepreneurs to participate in the conversation.
