Hailing from Delhi and cooking since the age of 19, Chef Sweety Singh has built a remarkable legacy without any formal training. Drawing from family traditions and recipes passed down from his father’s 1950s dhaba, he emphasizes slow cooking techniques, handpicked spices from Punjab, and a deep respect for culinary heritage. Over the years, his pop-ups across India have garnered a devoted following for their nostalgic flavours and cultural depth.
