Mega Realty Showcase: CREDAI-MCHI’s Mega Property Utsav 2025 Unlocks Palghar-Boisar’s Potential as India’s Emerging Real Estate Hub

The CREDAI-MCHI Palghar-Boisar Property Utsav 2025, held from April 4th to 6th at Bafna Centrum, concluded successfully, reinforcing the region’s standing as a high-potential growthcorridor in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).

The three-day event was inaugurated by Mr. Dhaval Ajmera (Secretary, CREDAI MCHI), Shri Vijay Lakhani (Chairman, CREDAI MCHI – Navi Mumbai) and concluded with a Mega Design Excellence Awards night.

Dignitaries including Mr. Boman R. Irani (President, CREDAI National) and Mr. Domnic Romell (President, CREDAI-MCHI) graced the event, marking their support for the region’s development and growing real estate ecosystem.
