The Philippines Is All Set To Host the 45th ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) 2026 in Mactan, Cebu

The Philippines, host country of the 45th ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF), is poised to take centre stage as it welcomes the global travel and tourism fraternity to Mactan, Cebu, for ATF 2026, scheduled from 27 January to 4 February 2026. The forum will bring together ASEAN Tourism Ministers, National Tourism Organisations (NTOs), senior government officials, TRAVEX exhibitors, international buyers, and global media, reinforcing ATF’s longstanding mission of positioning ASEAN as a single, unified tourism destination.

ATF TRAVEX 2026, the travel trade exhibition component of the forum, will once again showcase the diversity, depth, and competitiveness of ASEAN’s tourism offerings. Exhibitors from ASEAN Member States will engage with hosted buyers and international media across three dynamic days from 28 to 30 January 2026, featuring curated networking sessions, business appointments, and immersive cultural experiences.

A major highlight for both exhibitors and buyers will be the 32 pre-scheduled one-to-one business appointments, designed to maximise efficiency and meaningful engagement. Delegates will also have the opportunity to experience the Philippines beyond the exhibition halls through five pre-show tours and eight post-show tours, offering access to the country’s stunning beaches, island resorts, and rich cultural and heritage destinations.

TTG Asia Media, recognised for its successful delivery of past TRAVEX editions, has been appointed as the official TRAVEX Secretariat for ATF Philippines. In addition to business engagements, the host country has curated a vibrant programme of social events, including the Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception and Dinner, and the Closing Ceremony, providing delegates with a warm introduction to Filipino hospitality and culture.

Complementing the trade exhibition, ATF 2026 will also feature the ASEAN Tourism Conference, bringing together regional and international experts to deliberate on emerging tourism trends, challenges, and opportunities. The conference aims to strengthen collaboration between public and private sector stakeholders while encouraging innovative and sustainable tourism development across the region.
