Uzbekistan Airways Successfully Concludes Second Roadshow Across South India

Uzbekistan Airways JSC, in partnership with its Indian associate, ARYA ENTERPRISES—the airline’s Sales & BSP Consolidator for India—successfully conducted its second roadshow in December 2024 across three prominent South Indian cities. The roadshow commenced in Hyderabad on Monday, December 9th, followed by Bangalore on Wednesday, December 11th, and concluded in Cochin on Friday, December 13th.

The event was organized in collaboration with the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan to India and Aero Sail Services Pvt Ltd, the Cargo Agent for Uzbekistan Airways in India. Also participating were prominent Uzbek Destination Management Companies (DMCs), ASIA LUXE TRAVEL and DIP TOURISM SERVICES.

Commenting on the success of the roadshow, Mr. Ajay Arya, Managing Director of Arya Enterprises, said, “We are thrilled to see the growing interest in Uzbekistan as a preferred destination for Indian travelers. The roadshow witnessed an overwhelming response from the travel fraternity, particularly in Bangalore, with higher-than-anticipated participation. A key highlight of the event was the announcement of a third weekly frequency from Mumbai, operating every Friday, effective April 2025 as part of the upcoming Summer Schedule. Airline officials further revealed the introduction of special group fares from Mumbai for the newly launched connection.

The travel agents in attendance shared their positive experiences of Uzbekistan as a destination, applauding its rich culture, hospitality, and tourism offerings. The event concluded on a celebratory note, with a cocktail dinner fostering engaging conversations and networking among industry stakeholders.
