Mr. Nond Kalinta, Vice President of Sales Department, Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI), said that the company is offering a change fee waiver and ticket refund for passengers holding THAI tickets, due to the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) outbreak in the People’s Republic of China, and the Chinese Government prohibits on travel to and from Wuhan and other cities in the vicinity that may pose potential risks.
