Drive Ver 2.O Subzero Car Rally in Uttarakhand
Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board (UTDB) in collaboration with Xtreme Sports Organization (XSO) organized a ‘Drive Ver 2.O Subzero expedition Uttarakhand’ car rally which came to end on Wednesday. The rally where 15 vehicles commenced from Delhi on Feb 14th visited Rishikesh, Guptkashi, Kausani, Munsiyari, Binsar, and Corbett National Reserve.
Adding more to this Tourism Minister, Shri Satpal Maharaaz said, “ Uttarakhand is gaining momentum in promoting adventure activities in the state. We have seen an influx of adventure enthusiasts choosing Uttarakhand as one of the ideal destinations. I congratulate the team for finishing up the rally successfully.''
Secretary Tourism, Mr. Dilip Jawalkar said “ We are continuously putting our efforts to promote adventure tourism in the state. We are firm that more such activities will be organized here in near future."
Elaborating more about the journey, Mr. Raj Kapoor, Co-Founder, Xtreme Sports Organization (XSO) said “Visiting Uttarakhand was a great experience for all of us. The location we chose gave us a chance to witness the beauty of Uttarakhand. Our journey was safe and we all enjoyed the local cuisine which was an experience of a lifetime. We surely plan to come again to Uttarakhand and explore some more places in the near future."
