Radisson Hotel Group Sign two new hotels in Uttarakhand

Radisson Hotel Group announced the signing of two new hotels with the DS Group - Namah Resort Jim Corbett, a member of Radisson Individuals, and The Manu Maharani Nainital, a member of Radisson Individuals Retreats, in Uttarakhand, the land of mountains and the Holy Ganges.

The DS Group, a multi-business corporation, and a leading FMCG Conglomerate, with a strong Indian and International presence, is home to a wide spectrum of brands cutting across verticals. The Group first joined hands with the Radisson Hotel Group, for opening Radisson Blu Hotel Guwahati in 2014. The development, in line with their sustained partnership, comes as a crucial enabler behind RHG’s next phase of growth in key leisure markets across India.

Namah Resort Jim Corbett, a member of Radisson Individuals, the new entity is expected to be operational in Q1, 2023. Situated near Jim Corbett National Park in Uttarakhand, which is among the top leisure destinations in India, the resort is set to become the new landmark in the region. When open, guests can choose from three room categories, including premium rooms, superior rooms, and suites offering spectacular views of the Kosi River. The resort would also be equipped with amenities like a swimming pool, fitness center, spa, specialty restaurants, and a 6,000+ sq ft of banquet area. 

The Manu Maharani Nainital, a member of Radisson Individuals Retreats is expected to open in Q2, 2024 after comprehensive renovations. The revamped, high-end hotel will deliver bespoke experience-driven stays to its guests. The resort is located in the heart of Nainital and overlooks the popular Naini Lake & Naini Temple. It will feature facilities like a gymnasium, spa, lounge, all-day dining facilities, and a 1,000+ sq ft of banquet area. It will allow travelers quick access to Nainital’s lakes, hiking trails, picturesque snow-clad mountains, temples, and lush landscapes.

A brand extension of Radisson Individuals, Radisson Individuals Retreats is tailored for the Indian market and is a collection of bespoke experiential retreats, that will deliver exclusive experiences to guests.
