TAAI's “Tourism Conclave” at Statue of Unity, Kevadia, Gujarat

Travel Agents Association of India (TAAI) will be hosting a national knowledge conclave at Kevadiya (Statue of Unity) in Gujarat between March 9 to 12. It's being organised in association with Gujarat Tourism. Only 200 delegates shall be allowed to attend the same so as to maintain appropriate protocols and social distancing.

EVENT SCHEDULE

DAY 1 - 9th March 2021 - Arrival at Kevadia

12.00 noon onwards - Check In
01.30 pm - 03.00 pm - Lunch at accommodation
04.00 pm - 05.00 pm - High Tea at accommodation
05.00 pm - 06.00 pm - Sardar Sarovar Dam View Point
07.00 pm - 07.30 pm - Laser Show at Statue of Unity
07.45 pm - 09.15 pm - Dinner Cruise with Music & Fun (Batch-I 100 Pax Max) (Dress Code: Smart Casuals - No shorts or Collarless T Shirts)
08.00 pm onwards - Dinner with Cultural performance at Tent City-I (Batch - II) (Dress Code: Smart Casuals - No shorts or Collarless T Shirts)

DAY 2 - 10th March 2021

10:00 am - 01.30 pm - SightSeeing (Jungle Safari, Valley of Flowers, Cactus & Butterfly Garden)
01.30 pm - 03.00 pm - Lunch at accommodation

07.45 pm - 09.15 pm - Dinner Cruise with Music & Fun (Batch-II 100 Pax Max) (Dress Code: Smart Casuals - No shorts or Collarless T Shirts)

DAY 3 - 11th March 2021

09.30 am - 02.30 pm - Conclave (At Tent City - I) Dress Code: Formal dress/ Modi Jacket
02.30 pm- 03.30 pm - Lunch at Tent City - I
04.00 pm - 06.00 pm - Visit Statue Of Unity (Viewing Gallery)
07.00 pm onwards - Gala Dinner with Traditional Theme at Tent City - I Dress Code: Gujarati/ Indian Traditional

DAY 4 - 12th March 2021

07.30 am - 09.30 am - Breakfast at accommodation
09.30 am onwards - Check Out & Depart to AMD/BDQ by road

Flights shall be provided from the nearest major Airport as per the connectivity and blockings done by TAAI. Incase if any Member wants to do their own flights, there won’t be any compensation.
